Unit 2: Black and White Colored Pencils

Choosing an Image:

Creating an emotional response through an artwork.

Think about what makes you tick.  What stirs up emotions inside?

Some of the best artworks are famous for the emotional response they give the viewer.  They step outside the comfort zone of the norm gaining a new unique yet defined response from the viewer.

Any clear crisp image will work (The more detail that can be seen the better/ also close ups images work best).  If you can take your own image to work from that is always best.  Photoshop can be used to change the original to black and white with a lighting effect in a few easy steps.  If you choose an image off of the internet please make sure it is from a non-copy written source or our Homewood Flossmoor shared photo folder.
